Our Roots

Kai Expressions Jewelry was established in 2005 in Boston, MA and we have been making waves ever since as experts in handcrafted jewelry.  Now located in Southern California, we are pleased to cater to an eclectic fan base coast to coast.

Our Inspiration

Kai (k’eye-yee), Swahili for ‘loveable,’ signifies a dedication to equisite expression through original designs. You will find this evident in all of our creations as genuine care and emotion are placed into each handcrafted piece. Using all natural materials such as semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystal, recycled and sea glass and genuine sterling silver, Kai Expressions Jewelry has been hailed for an ability to craft artful pieces that can be worn for all occasions.  We have branched into Kai Keepsakes, which specializes in personalized jewelry and custom wedding ensembles.

Our Sharing

In addition to featuring unique handcrafted designs, at Kai Expressions we also take pride in elevating self-esteem and uplifting the community.  We were proud to develop a philanthropic program donating over $800 to a sanctuary for poor and homeless women in Massachusetts, and have expanded the program in Los Angeles with the Downtown Women’s Center.  Additionally, we have made donations to various other organizations that focus on health, education and finding homes for women and children.  See our Events & Media page for more details on our charitable endeavors.
